I opened the doors of TBSI Consulting back in 1990 with one goal in mind: to help business owners grow, groom and capture the value of their businesses.
In most instances, business owners knew how to get into business but had never pondered the question of how to exit a business. My responsibility then, is to help them get on top of their business. I teach them to operate with the mindset that they are always grooming their business for sale.
Putting together the right brand image and business processes that prepares a business to be sold takes time and commitment. My approach helps owners identify and improve these business drivers and others necessary to allow them to get the most out of their business – whether they decide to sell it or not.
